When you buy music from iTunes, you are paying for the license to listen to songs via our iPhone, iPod or other Apple device. But you are not buying the music itself.
When you buy a book, you own the copy of that book but not the actual material. What you are buying here is right to use book on certain devices.
You may not sell, rent, lease, redistribute, broadcast, transmit, communicate, modify, sublicense or transfer or assign any Content or your rights to Content to any third party without authorization, including with regard to any downloads of Content that you may obtain through Google Play.
You may not use Content as part of any service for sharing, lending or multi-person use, or for the purpose of any other institution, except as specifically permitted and only in the exact manner specified and enabled by Google (for example, through “Social Recommendations”).
